Arthur Was born 0n 29th June 1909 India , his parents were Henry Byng & Winifred Leapingwell (nee Barney)
Arthur was a man of few words ,had a very dry sense of humour very kind & always had a dog with him .
When we went to town first port of call was the library .Arthur married Helen Jessica Maclarty.
Robert & Helen had four children .
Gloria June Frances.
Julia Helen.
Valerie Gay.
Margaret Anne.
